I am convinced that just by looking at me and seeing my imposing landscape crowned by the Cerro de la Silla, you will understand why they call me the "Sultana del Norte". Although, just a couple of hours is enough to realize that what makes me interesting goes far beyond my landscape.
You will find hundreds of stories among my streets, stories that go from the time of the colony or, from my industrial past and my cosmopolitan present.
Not to mention that my two most important attractions, apart from Cerro de la Silla, are the Paseo Santa Lucía, an artificial river that you can go on a raft or walk. The lights and restaurants along the way, give it a charming and romantic air that thousands of tourists look for when they come to visit me.
The second is Parque Fundidora, a family space where you can learn a little more about my past in the metal industry, in the museum that is located here, which is a real foundry. At the top of this, you will be able to see how the sun sets and paints the Cerro de la Silla.
